Professional

Northwestern Mutual’s internship program is phenomenal.  It allowed me to run my own practice in 2010 prior my graduation from the University of Virginia and transitioning into a full-time career in May 2011.  With the help of more seasoned colleagues and mentors, I quickly built my business developing and implementing financial strategies unique to my clients’ various life stages.

I am now mentoring others as Field Director of the Virginia Peninsula Group in Williamsburg and am honored to be a part of Northwestern Mutual’s Women’s Leadership Program.  Earning my CFP®, CLU®, and ChFC® designations has enabled me to lead my team and better strategize with our clients – focus on some specific areas of planning that they find particularly interesting and relevant to their unique goals.

Together we strive to make our clients’ visions a reality whether it’s the very beginning stages of developing a sound plan or brainstorming ideas to enhance their existing plan, often helping them become aware of strategies they didn’t know existed and to see what’s possible.
